On 10/26/17, at approximately 2:42 a.m., a male Ohio State student reported an armed robbery in the off-campus area of E. Lane Avenue and Tuller Street. The student reported to Columbus Police that an unknown male approached him, showed a gun and stole money before fleeing the area. No injuries were reported.

On 9/22/17, at approximately 12:40 a.m., Lonnie Sturdivant was issued a summons after two women reported being groped by him at a bar in the area of Frambes Avenue and High Street. One woman is an Ohio State student.

On 9/2/17, at approximately 6:46 p.m., a robbery was reported at the UDF near 12th Avenue and High Street (1680 N High Street). Reports indicate that a male suspect threatened that he had a handgun and demanded cash. The suspect fled the store eastbound.
The suspect is described as a black male in his 40’s standing 5’5” and wearing a red hat, gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

On 5/11/17, at approximately 11:38 p.m., Columbus Police responded to a report of an aggravated robbery at the CVS store at 2160 North High Street, near Lane Avenue. Reports indicate that a male suspect displayed a handgun and demanded cash from the register to be put in a bag. The suspect grabbed the bag and fled the store on foot.

On 4/22/17, at approximately 1:10 a.m., Columbus Police responded to a report of an armed robbery on Summit Street between E. 14th Ave and E. 15th Ave. Reports indicate two female Ohio State students were approached by an unknown male with a handgun who demanded their purses. He then fled with their belongings in an unknown direction.
