Diversity is one of OSUPD’s five core values. The University Police recently partnered with the Kirwin Institute to put all officers through a diversity training taught by their peers. The training, an extension of previous diversity efforts, covered topics such as implicit bias and supports Ohio State’s Task Force on Community Safety and Well-Being recommendations.
