On 8/27/18, at approximately 9 p.m., a female Ohio State student was approached by an unknown male near the intersection of 11th Ave. and Neil Ave. The unknown male began following her while making unwanted verbal advances and proceeded to fondle her. A passerby interrupted and, at that time, the unknown male left the area.
