The Ohio State University Police Division promoted Joanna Shaul from officer to lieutenant effective Monday, November 27. Shaul has served as an officer with OSUPD since 2010 and had worked as a Student Safety Service officer, student dispatcher and a records manager with OSUPD. The Lantern featured Shaul in an article published on December 7.
