Reporting Emergencies

Procedures to Follow

1. Always try to remain calm.
2. Speak slowly and clearly.
3. Try to provide all information, to the best of your ability, that the dispatcher is requesting.
4. Remain on the phone with the dispatcher.
5. Instruct someone to meet emergency personnel and escort them to the incident.
