Toys for Tots Drive Open Through December 8

Community members are encouraged to donate new, unwrapped toys to support the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots campaign.

The Ohio State University’s Department of Public Safety Toys for Tots drive will run through Friday, December 8. A drive-through event will be held to collect donations curbside on Thursday, December 7 from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., in front of Blankenship Hall. The event is located at 901 Woody Hayes Drive in Columbus and is open to the public.

Can’t make drive-through event? No problem. Drop your toys off by December 8 to the donation boxes located inside Blankenship Hall, at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute, across from the Schnipke Sanctuary (Room D101), or at 660 Ackerman Road (main entrance vestibule) and 700 Ackerman Road (lobby).

All items collected will be distributed to kids throughout central Ohio via the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots program. This is OSUPD’s 18th year participating in the Toys for Tots drive.

Please note, we will NOT accept money, gift cards, realistic weapons of any kind, or food items under any circumstances. For more information, visit the Columbus Toys for Tots website.
