The Lantern recently sat down with Robert Armstrong, Ohio State’s director of emergency management and fire prevention, to discuss enhancements to emergency notificiations. Armstrong told the student newspaper that while Buckeye Alerts are already quick and effective, the university is always looking to make upgrades, like recently including Buckeye Alerts on new platforms such as desktop computers and the Ohio State mobile app.
