The following crime occurred in:
On Campus
On 5/27/16, at approximately 7:19 p.m., a male Ohio State affiliate reported that he was approached by two black males driving a silver Chevy sedan at the corner of Borror Drive and Fred Taylor Drive. The victim stated that suspect No. 1, the passenger, exited the vehicle and approached him with a knife prior to stealing his backpack, cell phone, laptop and money. The suspects then fled by car northbound toward Ackerman Road.
Suspect No. 1 is described as a black male approximately 25 to 30 years old. He stands 5’11” to 6’0” tall with a medium build, medium complexion, a tattoo on his right shoulder and wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts.
Suspect No. 2, the driver, is described as a 25 to 30-year-old black male, with a medium complexion, wearing a red t-shirt.
Police responded immediately and continue to investigate but the suspects are believed to have left campus. Anyone with information regarding the incident is encouraged to call OSU PD at 614-292-2121.
