The following crime occurred in:
On Campus

The Ohio State University Police Division received a report of an armed robbery at the Huntington Bank located at 235 W. 11th Avenue 9:35 a.m. today. A previous armed robbery was reported at the same location at 9:25 a.m. on Saturday, 9-14-13. The suspect description for the first robbery was of a lone black male, 25-35 years of age, 5'08" to 5'10" tall, weighing 150-170 lbs. This suspect had a medium build, short brown hair, was wearing a plaid shirt, blue jeans, a black hat, and sunglasses and was armed with a knife. The second robbery suspect was described as a lone black male of similar physical description. This suspect was wearing tan pants, a black Adidas jacket with white stripes on each sleeve, a ball cap, and he was armed with a handgun. OSU Police and FBI are investigating. This Public Safety Notice is being issued to heighten awareness that the suspect information is similar, suggesting a pattern and to ask for assistance from the university community in gathering information about his whereabouts.
