In the News: WSYX/WTTE - Student Safety Service helps to keep Ohio State students safe

Student Safety Service's Safe Ride program was featured on ABC6 and Fox28 on Wednesday, March 1, helping to inform the community about how the program works to keep students, faculty and staff of The Ohio State University safe.

"Every person we take home is a [potential] crime that's not committed, in our eyes," Student Safety Service program coordinator Joey Eringman told ABC6.

The Safe Ride program is offered to university students, faculty and staff who would like safe transportation across campus. Learn more.

The Safe Ride program operates from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m., seven days a week. A ride can be requested by calling 614-292-3322.
