We are sharing the below information on behalf of the Columbus Division of Police for a crime that occurred in the off-campus area.
On 8/23/2021, at 2:28 a.m., Officers responded to a reported robbery attempt. An Ohio State student was approached by two suspects when walking on N. High St at Northwood Ave. One suspect pointed a gun and demanded the victim’s property. The victim turned and ran. The suspects then fled the area. No property was taken, and no injuries were reported.
Suspect details are limited. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Columbus Division of Police at 614-645-4545.
